What's your reason for increasing the minimum packet size to 68 bytes?  It 
seems like less trouble to handle the VLAN-to-non VLAN packet expansion in a 
bridge rather than requiring all the drivers that used to use hardware padding 
to minimum packet length to do this manually now?
