Here are specific issues I think need to be addressed: 1. Unicast address registration should be removed. 2. Priorities based on MAC addresses has problems in both the uni-cast case (many existing stations can only deal with one address but would want to have streams at different priorities) and the multi-cast case (IP multicast has both control and payload traffic on the same address, and might have multiple ip multicast streams on the same address because of the ip-to-mac mapping used). 3. Adding an explicit priority indication to some tag or encapsulation would be a better way of handling priority traffic.
