Subject:  Closing Tiome for Opening Plenary

The usual 1pm full 802 opening plenary has tended to run later and
later recently.  802.1 needs a full 2 to 2.5 hours on Monday to conduct
business after the plenary.  (I suspect that this is true of other
working groups as well.)

In order to get the 2+ hours that 802.1 needs, I must begin the 802.1
meeting on Monday 8 July at no later than 3:15pm.  This means closing
the full 802 opening plenary preferably BEFORE 3:00pm.
