?Are translational bridges to separate VLANs *or* are they to be
contained *within* a VLAN?

-or- (Is a particular VLAN to be constrained to a particular MAC type)

Does tag header indeed encapsulated frame format?
Or: explicit tagging always uses particular MAC format for a VLAN?

-Configuration needs to support:
	-multiple tagging schemes? (yes)
	-including proprietory schemes ?
