This is a project of the 802.1 Meticulous Alcohol Consumotion (MAC) Task Group.
Over many years, 802.1 has developed a methodology for the development of new ideas termed Blueprint Abstraction Reduction. Much of the best work in 802.1 has been done in this way, and attendees can frequently be found immersing themselves in ("drinking in") this process.
This standard will facilitate unnecessary additional use of bandwidth. Blah.
