This Comment Collection opens Friday, August 3, 2018 at 23:59 Eastern Time USA (11:59PM) and will close 30 days later on Sunday September 2, 2018 at 23:59 Eastern Time USA (11:59pm). All necessary documents are available in the instructions that can be found on the IEEE 802.11 web site at http://www.ieee802.org/11/LetterBallots/CC28az/CC28_instructions.html. Please focus your comments on technical aspects of the draft. This is an early draft, and there are many editorial issues which will be addressed by the editor(s) in parallel with the comment collection.
