This Comment Collection opens Monday July 20, 2020 at 23:59 Eastern Time USA (11:59PM) and will close 10 days later on Thursday July 30, 2020 at 23:59 Eastern Time USA (11:59pm). All necessary documents are available in the instructions that can be found on the IEEE 802.11 web site at http://www.ieee802.org/11/LetterBallots/CC31bc/CC31_instructions.html.
