IEEE802.11 Letter Ballot #120 To: ALL IEEE 802.11 Voting Members only, With this email, the 802.11 Working Group is officially beginning Letter Ballot 120 (LB120), which is a vote to submit the contents of Draft P802 11v_D1.04.pdf to Working Group Letter Ballot. Important: YOU MUST FOLLOW THE INSTRUCTIONS ON THE 802.11 WEB SITE! This is the process we will be using to vote on letter ballots. It is a web based process similar to the process used for sponsor ballots. Please DO NOT send email to vote. This Ballot opens January 29, 2008 at 23:59 Eastern Time USA (11:59PM) and will close 15 days later on February 13, 2008 at 23:59 Eastern Time USA (11:59pm). All necessary documents links are available on the web site at http://ieee802.org/11/index.html. NOTE: This is a letter ballot and all current voters of record are eligible and REQUIRED TO VOTE. If you believe you are a voting member of the 802.11 Working Group, YOU MUST VOTE even if you name is not in the voters list. Not voting on letter ballots can and will affect your voting rights. This is a Procedural Motion and requires only a Yes, No or Abstain with no comments required for “no” votes. This will also require a greater than 75% approval to pass per IEEE 802 Policies and Procedures. Please vote YES, NO (no comments are required), or ABSTAIN (with a reason of "Lack of Technical Experience") via the instructions.
