IEEE 802.11 Mandatory Letter Ballot 140 for 802.11v Draft 4.0 Starts Today IEEE 802.11(TM) Letter Ballot 140 To: IEEE 802.11 Voters, With this email, the 802.11 Working Group is officially beginning WG Technical Letter Ballot 140 (LB140), which is a ballot on the question "Should P802.11v Draft 4.0 be forwarded to Sponsor Ballot?". This Ballot opens Wed Nov 19, 2008 at 23:59 Eastern Time USA (11:59PM) and will close 30 days later on Fri Dec 19, 2008 at 23:59 Eastern Time USA (11:59pm). All necessary documents are available in the instructions that can be found on the IEEE 802.11 web site at http://www.ieee802.org/11/LetterBallots/LB140v/LB140_instructions.html. Please note that the number you use to vote has changed. See point 3 below. Important: 1. All ieee 802.11 voting members are required to vote. Not voting on letter ballots can affect your voting privileges. If your name does not appear on the voters list and you believe you are an IEEE 802.11 voter, you must vote and contact Adrian Stephens (adrian.p.stephens@intel.com). 2.
