IEEE 802.11 Mandatory Letter Ballot 189 for 802.11af Draft 2.0 Starts Today IEEE 802.11(TM) Letter Ballot 189 To: IEEE 802.11 Voters, With this email, the 802.11 Working Group is officially beginning WG Technical Letter Ballot 189 (LB189), which is a ballot on the question "Should TGaf D2.0 be forwarded to Sponsor Ballot?". This Ballot opens Fri Jul 20, 2012 at 23:59 Eastern Time USA (11:59PM) and will close 30 days later on Sun Aug 19, 2012 at 23:59 Eastern Time USA (11:59pm). All necessary documents are available in the instructions that can be found on the IEEE 802.11 web site at http://www.ieee802.org/11/LetterBallots/LB189af/LB189_instructions.html. NOTE - we have recently changed to using the IEEE-SA's ePoll application to support WG letter ballots. Please read the instructions (http://www.ieee802.org/11/LetterBallots/LB189af/LB189_instructions.html) at least once, as many of the details of how to interact with the tool have changed. Important: 1. All ieee 802.11 voting members are required to vote. Not voting on letter ballots can affect your voting privileges.
