IEEE 802.11 Mandatory Technical Letter Ballot 254 for P802.11bd Draft 2.0 Starts Today IEEE 802.11(TM) Letter Ballot 254:  P802.11bd D2.0   To: IEEE 802.11 Voters, With this email, the 802.11 Working Group is officially beginning WG Technical Letter Ballot 254 (LB254), which is a Recirculation Letter Ballot on forwarding P802.11bd D2.0 to SA ballot: "Shall WG11 forward P802.11bd D2.0 to Standards Association (SA) Ballot?" The WG motion approving the recirculation WGLB was approved by unanimous consent in the WG11 July 2021 opening plenary meeting, see https://mentor.ieee.org/802.11/dcn/21/11-21-0966-01-0000-july-2021-working-group-motions.pptx . This Letter Ballot opens Monday July 12, 2020 at 23:59 Eastern Time USA (11:59PM) and will close 20 days later on Sunday August 11, 2021 at 23:59 Eastern Time USA (11:59pm). All necessary documents are available in the instructions that can be found on the IEEE 802.11 web site at http://www.ieee802.org/11/LetterBallots/LB254bd/LB254_instructions.html. Important: o This is a 20-day Recirculation Technical letter ballot and the ballot group (i.e., those that may vote) for this ballot consists of the voters in the ballot pool. o Please see the list of voters in this ballot pool at http://www.ieee802.org/11/LetterBallots/LB254bd/LB254_voters_list.xls . o If you cast a "Do not approve" vote on this ballot, it must be accompanied by comments for your vote to be valid. o You must follow these instructions to vote.
