To: IEEE 802.11 Voters,

This is a reminder that the WG Technical Letter Ballot 802architecture3 (LB802architecture3), which is a ballot on the question "Please provide comments on the IEEE 802 D1.4", closes on Wed Jun 27, 2012 at 23:59 Eastern Time USA (11:59pm).
 
This Ballot opened on Tue Jun 12, 2012 at 23:59 Eastern Time USA (11:59PM). All necessary documents are available in the instructions that can be found on the IEEE 802.11 web site at http://www.ieee802.org/11/LetterBallots/LB802architecture3_802/LB802architecture3_instructions.html.

NOTE - we have recently changed to using the IEEE-SA's ePoll application to support WG letter ballots.
Please read the instructions (http://www.ieee802.org/11/LetterBallots/LB802architecture3_802/LB802architecture3_instructions.html) at least once,  as many of the details of how to interact with the tool have changed.

Important:
1. All ieee 802.11 voting members are required to vote. Not voting on letter ballots can affect your voting privileges. If your name does not appear on the voters list and you believe you are an IEEE 802.11 voter, you must vote and contact Adrian Stephens (adrian.p.stephens@intel.com).
2. You must follow the instructions on the 802.11 web site to vote. Do not send an email to vote.
3. You will need log in using your IEEE web account to vote.
