This Ballot opens today, Tuesday, December 2, 2002 at 11:59pm EST (2359) and will close 40 days later on Sunday, January 12, 2003 at 11:59pm EST (2359). All necessary documents are available on: http://www.ieee802.org/11/index.html. This is a technical motion. 75% of those voting yes or no is required for approval. The abstention rate can be no higher than 30% of those voting and 75% must vote for the ballot to be considered valid.
