July 2001
Goals for July 2001 & status:
    - Group to read all comments & proposed responses
        before July mtg.

    - Finalize/adopt LB 26 comment resolutions

    - Decide re 11e, 11i sched dependencies.

    - Create & adopt revised draft reflecting comment
        resolutions

    - Start new LB for revised draft

Schedule Decision Motivation:
    - Whereas
            - 11F has processed all the received LB comments
and created a revised draft (2.0),

            - 11f has also added support for 802.1x
                authentication environments
                    - which we understand will support the
known needs of 11i; and no other 11i
                        specific support requests were received
                        in LB comments

            - No 11e specific support requests were received in
                LB comments

    - Therefore, 11f has decided to not be lock stepped to
either 11e or 11i and will go forward with a 2nd WG
letter ballot in order to remain on schedule.

March 2001
At the January meeting, TGf adopted document 01/102r2 as the
initial draft for 802.11F. TGf passed a motion to conduct a
working group letter ballot, and on approval, to forward the
802.11F draft D1 to sponsor ballot.. At the May meeting, TGf will
process comments arising from the letter ballot, and consider how
to extend 802.11F to provide support for 802.11E as a second
phase of work.
January 2001
At the January meeting, TGf reviewed the progress and input
from the Ad Hoc meeting in December. The group spent most of the
time in text drafting. Significant text was generated, but the
result is not at draft status yet. They expect to have first
draft in March. TGf is soliciting comments and input for
consideration in March.
