[STDS-802-11-AANI] Mentor Correction of 11-20/1031

Dear All, 

As raised on the 802.11 AANI SC teleconference - all 802.11 contribution are from individuals.  The version of 11-20/1031 presented on the call contained a company reference, which needed to be removed to be inline with 802.11 rules, the contribution also needed some changes to meet other 802.11 format/style requirements.

Therefore the contribution and its revisions were removed from the Mentor server.  

The contribution was then re-posted to the Mentor server as document number 11-20/1031r0, re-titled: "Comments on 11-20-0013-03-aani-draft-technical-report-on-interworking-between-3gpp-5g-network-wlan".   The technical content of the contribution has not changed, only the title, headers, footers, and format/style changes have been made.  The authors have approved these changes.

Note the abstract still contains the history of the revisions (which have been removed), and states that this version is now r0.
