apologies for the late notice, but I'd like to present an update to clause 4.5.9 of the 11aq document, concerning the architecture, on today's call.
I took the output of the discussion from the joint ARC/TGaq meeting in Atlanta (11-16-0133r2) and used it to create a new clause 4.5.9 submission (11-16-0239r0).
There is also an updated comment resolution spreadsheet, with some suggested resolutions for tab "4.5.9" (11-16-0238r0).
