Enclosed is a template for you to use to request your Working Group meeting space for the IEEE 802 November 2018 Plenary Session in Bangkok.

Deadline date to receive your requests is 12pm PST on Friday, September 21, 2018.

Use the attached template - it reduces errors and can be easily transferred to our mobile schedule application.

Please be as accurate as possible without overly estimate your set up requirements. Some Working Groups may have to share space in order to assign the appropriate meeting room size.

Let Lisa and I know if you have any questions and thank you for understanding the challenges we may have with the meeting space.
