At this time we would like to request your Working Group meeting space specifications for the March 2020 IEEE 802 Plenary Session at the Hilton Atlanta.

The deadline date to receive your requirements is 12 PM Pacific Time - Friday, January 31, 2020. If you are able to submit your requirements before this deadline please do so.

When submitting your specifications whenever possible please use the headings and set up abbreviations in attached template - it reduces errors and can be easily transferred to our mobile schedule application.

Please be as accurate as possible without overly estimating your set up requirements. Some Working Groups may have to share space in order to assign the appropriate meeting room size.

Please contact us if you have any questions and thank you for helping us best prepare and use the meeting space available.
