Oh, and regarding the later allocations. There have been allocations to TGaq and TGax since TGak’s allocation but I won’t bump them up. At some point we might reuse this number. There are other holes in the number space and it is not that important.

So, what's the element ID for GLK Capabilities?

 

Also, are you just going to free Extended Element ID 33 leaving the Extended Element ID for GLK-GCR Parameter Set as 34 or, since I think these are the most recently allocated, do you want to squeeze out the space and change GLK-GCR Parameter Set  to 33?
