[STDS-802-11-TGAJ] TGaj September meeting

Hello All,

 

I am sorry to hear that a number of 11aj participants from China could not get the visa in time to attend the September meeting including Haiming, Shiwen and myself etc. I might get the visa on September 13, Tuesday, which is a little bit late.

 

Here I would like to know:

1, How many people who could not get the visa in time.

2, How many people will cancel their registration, hotel reservation and travel to Warsaw if 11aj could not meet there.

 

If most of the 11aj participants could not be in Warsaw in time, we might have to consider to cancel the 11aj September meeting. Please let me know ASAP by Sept. 31. So that we can make the final decision as early as possible.
