[STDS-802-11-TGAK] TGak agenda, call in

The current TGak agenda is 11-16/229r2.
Since TGak meetings are usually fairly small and because an unusually
large number of active TGak participants will not be in Macau, TGak
has been given a tentative special dispensation to allow remote
participation in up to three of its sessions. Remote participants will
not be able to vote and should expect, due to the inherent logistics
of the situation, to be somewhat disadvantaged compared with those
present in person.
I may be confused but I think the time different to US Eastern time
(which will be daylight savings time) from Macau time (which is the
same an Beijing) will be 12 hours. So a PM time in Macau can be
converted to Eastern US time by just changing the PM to AM. An AM
timei Macaus will, in Eastern US, be that time PM the previous day.
People should contact me as to which sessions they would like to have
remote participation. I'm suggesting Tuesday AM1, Tuesday PM2, and
Thursday PM2 but I welcome input from those who might actually use the
service. I would NOT recommend Thursday AM1 which is the large joint
meeting including TGak.
