[STDS-802-11-TGAQ] Draft D0.04 in members' area

Dear all,
           the 11aq draft D0.04 is now available in the member's area:

This update comprises the agreed resolutions from Comment Collection 21 (CC21) and agreed technical submissions from the November 2014 meeting.

There are a few outstanding issues from the editor within this version, which I hope to address within the January 2015 meeting.

I would like to thank you all for your hard work in 2014 and wish you all a very Happy Holiday Season.
