I do formally object in advance of the TGaq meeting to discussion of possible litigation (see patent slide set, slide 3) the document provided I believe violates the spirit of this guidance but discussing why the analysis of legal risk the document presents is flawed almost certainly crosses the line of acceptable standards development meetings.  While such legal topics can be discussed in governance meetings (e.g., RAC, SASB, etc.) or in privileged discussions with legal/risk management, TGaq should not go down this path.
