Hello Osama, all,

 

I would like to nominate my colleague Simone Merlin for the position of TGax Vice Chair.

 

Simone has considerable experience and background in IEEE802.11 activities. He is currently co-chair for the IEEE 802.11ah MAC ad-hoc group and he had several technical contributions to the 11ah MAC specifications. He has been leading the definition of the simulations scenarios document during the IEEE 802.11 HEW SG and the early stages of 80.211ax. Lastly, Simone was recognized by the IEEE 802.11ac group for his significant technical contributions to the 11ac MAC specifications.

As we discussed this morning, the TG will elect two Vice Chairs during the next meeting in Athens. Nomination will be closed right before the election.
