Hi all,
Attached please find the travel guide including hotel informations.
The 802.11ax ad hoc meeting will be held at the Amber Prime Hotel, Shenzhen, China, a five-star internal hotel of Huawei. There is another hotel (the Amber Plaza, four-star) nearby within walking distance. You can choose either one of the two hotels.
If you need help with booking of the hotel, please send an email to Ms. Ying Wang (wangying66@xxxxxxxxxx), with your full name, check-in/out date, hotel name, room type and passport/ID number. The booking deadline would be Oct. 14th. A first come, first served rule is applied.
Please be noted that Huawei will pay the deposit fee for the rooms. The rooms can be cancelled one day prior to the arrival date. If you need to cancel the room, please tell Ying Wang in advance. Otherwise, a penalty fee will be charged to us.
For details please refer to the attached doc.
Also, please be noted that Oct 1 to Oct 7 is National holiday of China. Hence email replies may be limited.

If you need an invitation letter for Visa applications to enter China. Please contact my colleague Xin Zuo: xin.zuo@xxxxxxxxxx.
Please be noted that Oct 1 to Oct 7 is National holiday of China. Hence if you need help, please contact him soon.
Also please approve the ePoll so we can have an estimate of how many people will attend the ad hoc.
