Hi all, For those who have successfully booked the hotel, a confirmation pdf has been sent to you by Ying. If you didn’t receive it, please double check with Ying. For those who wants to cancel the hotel booking, please send an email to Ying and me before 4pm one day prior to your arrival. Otherwise a penalty fee will be charged to us. Info regarding the hotels can be found in the attached doc, including hotel names, telephones, addresses and travel guides. Hi all, Attached please find the travel guide including hotel informations. The 802.11ax ad hoc meeting will be held at the Amber Prime Hotel, Shenzhen, China, a five-star internal hotel of Huawei. There is another hotel (the Amber Plaza, four-star) nearby within walking distance.
You can choose either one of the two hotels. If you need help with booking of the hotel, please send an email to Ms. Ying Wang (wangying66@xxxxxxxxxx),
with your full name, check-in/out date, hotel name, room type and passport/ID number. The booking deadline would be Oct. 14th. A first come, first served rule is applied. Please be noted that Huawei will pay the deposit fee for the rooms. The rooms can be cancelled one day prior to the arrival date. If you need to cancel the room, please tell Ying Wang in advance. Otherwise,
