The special rate negotiated with the NOVOTEL hotel is only valid until the end of the week.
After this date, you will still be able to book a room in this hotel, but on the public rate.

I have additional information concerning the hotel accommodation for the next TGax ad-hoc meeting in France.
Please find below the special rate we negotiated and associated booking information for the NOVOTEL hotel.
ACCOMODATION:
The highly suggested hotel is
NOVOTEL SPA (https://www.accorhotels.com/gb/hotel-7383-novotel-spa-rennes-centre-gare/index.shtml),
located 400 meters from the meeting place.
The following rate has been secured for the meeting attendees:
=> Standard Room (SINGLE) at 145€ TTC per night from July 9th until July 12th, 2019.
=> Bed & breakfast rate includes breakfast, Wi-Fi in the room and free access to the SPA.
=> Rate is exclusive of the local tax of 1.80€/night /person.
=> In case of DOUBLE occupancy, breakfast will be charged 10€ TTC.

As announced during May F2F meeting, Canon will be glad to host the next 802.11ax ad-hoc meeting in July in France.
The meeting (only the MAC group) will be held in Rennes (France), from July 10th to July 12th.
