Subject: [STDS-802-11-TGAY] Task Group AY - Call for presentation and contributions to TG documents (including SFD) in November 2015 plenary

Hi,

Task Group AY is scheduled for the following five time slots during the November 2015 plenary in Dallas, TX, United States:

[1] Monday AM1
[2] Tuesday AM1
[3] Wednesday AM1
[4] Thursday AM2
[5] Thursday PM2

Please let me know if you plan any submission, and make sure your submission is available on Mentor before Monday AM1 and is ready to be presented.

Further, there are a few proposals on TG documents that have been presented in the last two/three face-to-face meetings, including

[a] 15/0625r3, IEEE 802.11 TGay use cases [b] 15/1150r0, Channel models for IEEE 802.11ay [c] 15/1074r0, TGay functional requirements [d] 15/0866r1, TGay evaluation methodology [e] 15/1079r1, TGay selection procedure

If any member, including the TG document lead, has any contribution/comment to these documents, please also make sure your input is available on Mentor before Monday AM1. Throughout the Dallas plenary, I will allocate time for review/discussion on these proposals and ask the Task Group to consider approval of these proposals as a starting point for the task group document development.

Further, as referred to the Task Group timeline that has been approved by the group in May 2015, it is the time to consider preparation of specification framework document. Contributions that describe different functional blocks with the intention to be included in the TG specification framework document will also be solicited in Dallas.

Regards,
Edward
