[STDS-802-11-TGAY] Pending Documents for TGay -- Document Posting errors

Greetings:TGay has only 3 outstanding documents from 2016, but I do note that some of the Authors field is filled with either the Author or Affiliation, but not both correctly -- "Name (Affiliation)"  I have corrected where I can, but would ask that everyone be careful in obtaining a DCN to include the Person's Name and Affiliation when they post the document.

Would the author of 11-16/1614 please let me know, and I can correct the field.
