[STDS-802-11-TGAY] Reminder on the confirmed March ad-hoc meeting - ePolls and Logistics

Hi all,

If you are confirmed to attend the March ad-hoc meeting on March 2 (Friday) and March 3 (Saturday), it would be great that you vote "approve" in the following ePoll by today (February 8) so that we would provide Hyatt Regency an estimated and relatively accurate headcount for F&B:

Edward

Hi all,

To clarify - the March ad-hoc meeting is confirmed.

Similar to the ad-hoc arrangement of the other task groups, we create an ePoll to estimate the number of attendees so that we may be able to adjust, e.g., the room size, in advance if needed.

So, if you plan to attend the confirmed IEEE 802.11ay March ad-hoc meeting at Hyatt Regency O'Hare, Rosemont, on March 2 (Friday) and March 3 (Saturday), please confirm by voting "Yes" on the following ePoll:

Regards,
Edward

As per Jon's email below, you should be able to extend your hotel reservation for the 802 plenary session to cover these dates, and it is recommended to do this asap, as there is a big convention meeting in the hotel that conflicts.

Thanks again for Rui Yang and Joe Levy (InterDigital) for sponsoring the ad-hoc.

Regards,
Edward
