Re: [STDS-802-11-TGAY] April 4 call: 802.3's request, Comment Resolution & Technical Presentation

Hi Payam,

As per Dorothy's information, there was the IEEE 802.3bz project for 2.5 and 5 Gb/s operation over balanced twisted pair wiring.    Date back to 2014, IEEE 802.3 did deliver a presentation to IEEE 802.11ac on a similar topic that may result in this published IEEE 802.3bz amendment.

It is the information Dorothy and I have so far.   We would discuss during the call today on whether it is fine for us to ask IEEE 802.3 to provide further information (or even presentation) for us to consider.

Regards,
Edward
