Hi Osama,

  Let me try again to respond to your questions and hope my fat finger stay off the send too quick button.

The PAR Request date has changed to Sept 2017. It used to be July 2015. Which date should be used for the modification?
      This is the output of the eTools - this PAR is a PAR Modification, so the Sept 2017 is the date I input it, it is not the same PAR as the original one.

   The PAR Approval and Par Expiration dates are missing. Are there any changes to the expiration date which is set at Dec. 2019 in the current PAR?

      For This PAR, it has not been approved, so therefore it has not got a defined expiration date yet..

      A PAR Modification does not change the PAR expiration date.

The expected date for submitting the draft to REVCOM is now 02/2021. It used to be 10/2019 in the current PAR. Is extension also part of this request?

The PAR Modification can update the expected timeline dates, so it has been updated to match the approved Timeline that is published on the 802.11 website.  Note also that a PAR extension will be needed in 2019, but it separate from this PAR Modification PAR.
