The L-SIG field is constructed according to 21.3.4.4 (Construction of L-SIG) and 21.3.8.2.4 (L-SIG definition). The value of TXTIME used in 21.3.8.2.4 (L-SIG definition) is described in 32.3.1 (TXTIME and PSDU length calculation). The value of the L-SIG Length field shall be divisible by 3.
