There were a lot of motions.  The motion related to 11-21/0380r0 is on slide 16 of https://mentor.ieee.org/802.11/dcn/21/11-21-0216-03-00bb-march-2021-plenary-conference-call-agenda.pptx:

 

Instruct the Technical Editor to include the proposed draft text on page 3 of doc. 11-21/0380r0 LC terminology definitions and incorporate the changes into Draft 0.4.

Rather than occupy meeting time, my comments based on my personal notes and recollections of the meetings are in the attached markups. I appreciate your taking them into consideration.

Here’s a summary of a few of the more significant comments:

 

March plenary:

  • missing presentation of 11-21/0279r3
  • feedback on 11-21/0276r3
  • creation of 11-21/0432r0
  • missing motion related to 11-21/0380r0
  • clarification of presentations done in the function of editor
  • April 26th teleconference date

 

March 29th teleconference:

  • Reports from editor of 11-20/653r6 and 11-21/389r3
  • Clarification of presentations done in the function of editor
  • 11-21/545r1 and 11-20/177r2 were not presented, but rather deferred to the next meeting (545r1 wasn’t uploaded until April 6th)

 

April 12th teleconference:

  • Remove spurious extra entry for presentation of 11-21/0545r1
