[STDS-802-11-TGM] Proposed resolution to TGmd CID 1359 re: STBC Figure 19-3

On the TGmd teleconference today, the TG agreed to a revised resolution of CID 1359 as provided in https://mentor.ieee.org/802.11/dcn/18/11-18-0701-01-000m-cids-1388-and-1359.docx .
See below.

The plan is to motion this resolution in the upcoming September meeting.
Please let me know if you have any issues with the proposed resolution.

Figure 19-3 says that "When STBC is used, the STBC block has more outputs than inputs." but the figure shows the opposite (the STBC block has 4 inputs and 4 outputs)

Delete the cited text in the referenced figure

Proposed Resolution: Revised

Clarify the intended configuration of Figure 19-3, by modifying the notes in the Figure as shown below.
