An issue has been pointed out in the EDCA backoff procedure (thanks, Yongho for noticing this).

 

I’ve posted this document to explain the situation, and provide a proposed change (thanks to Mark Rison and Menzo for their help and review): https://mentor.ieee.org/802.11/dcn/20/11-20-1114-00-000m-revmd-backoff-procedure-correction.docx.  I intend to discuss this on the REVmd telecon on July 22.  Any comments are apprectiated.
