[STDS-802-11-TGM] Updated REVme MAC ad hoc, and some triage suggestions

I have uploaded an update to the 802.11 REVme MAC ad hoc comment resolution spreadsheet here: https://mentor.ieee.org/802.11/dcn/21/11-21-0793-41-000m-revme-mac-comments.xls

This has two tabs Ready for Motion:

"Motion MAC-BG" tab from June teleconferences with CIDs: 4414, 4413, 4366, 4365, 4353, 4352, 4324, 4292, 4291, 4275, 4245, 4244, 4150, 4009.
"Motion MAC-BH" tab from July plenary session, through mid-week with CIDs: 4195, 4014, 4409, 4022, 4005, 4006, 4010, 4048, 4137, 4151, 4186, 4371, 4190, 4369, 4196, 4197, 4200, 4255, 4260, 4297, 4309, 4311, 4325, 4341, 4187.

These (along with all the rest of the CIDs still to be resolved, hopefully – see below) will be motioned on Friday.

Also, I have gone through everything that is still marked as “Discuss”, and put suggestion direction/next steps in the Ad Hoc Notes. In particular:

The following CIDs have some potential for immediate action by the task group (I believe scheduled for Thursday AM2): 4159, 4228, 4248, 4277, 4157, 4331, 4288.
(Note that the following CIDs are already in 11-23/933, and so they should be discussed as part of that document, again, probably Thursday AM2, regardless of their Ad Hoc Status: 4221, 4158, 4228.)
The rest of the “Discuss” CIDs I believe are really “Submission Required” in effect, and are likely to be rejected with our usual reasons unless a submission appears very soon.
And, I believe all the “Submission Required” CIDs are in fact primed for “Insufficient details” rejection (unless mentioned above).

That will clear out all the MAC CIDs, in preparation for motions on Thursday PM2 to move the draft to the next balloting phase.
