--- This message came from the IEEE 802.11 Working Group Reflector ---

IEEE 802.11(TM) Letter Ballot 189

To: IEEE 802.11 Voters,

Don’t get caught out.  The ballot closes on Sunday.  All 802.11 voting members must respond.

This is a reminder that the WG Technical Letter Ballot 189 (LB189), which is a ballot on the question "Should TGaf D2.0 be forwarded to Sponsor Ballot?", closes on Sun Aug 19, 2012 at 23:59 Eastern Time USA (11:59pm).

This Ballot opened on Fri Jul 20, 2012 at 23:59 Eastern Time USA (11:59PM). All necessary documents are available in the instructions that can be found on the IEEE 802.11 web site at http://www.ieee802.org/11/LetterBallots/LB189af/LB189_instructions.html.

NOTE - we have recently changed to using the IEEE-SA's ePoll application to support WG letter ballots.

Please read the instructions (http://www.ieee802.org/11/LetterBallots/LB189af/LB189_instructions.html) at least once,  as many of the details of how to interact with the tool have changed.

Important:

1. All ieee 802.11 voting members are required to vote. Not voting on letter ballots can affect your voting privileges. If your name does not appear on the voters list and you believe you are an IEEE 802.11 voter, you must vote and contact Adrian Stephens (adrian.p.stephens@xxxxxxxxx).

2. You must follow the instructions on the 802.11 web site to vote. Do not send an email to vote.

3. You will need log in using your IEEE web account to vote.

Thank you for participating in Letter Ballot 189.
