Dear Standards Activities Members: 

*This message is sent on the behalf of IEEE CS Nominations Committee Chair Roger Fujii.*

The IEEE Computer Society Nominations Committee seeks potential nominees for 2017 president-elect, first and second vice president, and Board of Governors members. 

Strong leadership is critical to the vitality and future strategic direction of the IEEE Computer Society.  On behalf of the Nominations Committee, I request you to consider this opportunity carefully, and recruit qualified individuals for the nomination slate.  Self-nominations are encouraged, but you may also nominate an individual. 

Please direct candidates to the Call for Nominations web page at http://www.computer.org/web/election/nominations for more information.  The nominations form is also attached to this message. 

Nominations should be sent to csnominations@computer.org on or before Friday, 24 March 2017.
