[STDS-802-11] 16:9 powerpoint template

Dear 802.11 participants,
The projectors in use during the Berlin session have 16:9 aspect ratio.
It is a relatively easy job to modify a powerpoint presentation's aspect
ratio
(view slide master, slide size 16:9).
I have added a powerpoint template in this aspect ratio for new
documents here:
