[STDS-802-11] IEEE 802.11 Comment Collection for TGbb (Light Communications) Simulation Scenario document 11-18-1423r4 starts today

With this email, the 802.11 Working Group is officially beginning a Comment Collection (CC29) on the question "Please provide comments on the TGbb Simulation Scenario document 11-18-1423r4".

This Comment Collection opens Saturday, September 15, 2018 at 23:59 Eastern Time USA (11:59PM) and will close 16 days later on Monday, October 1, 2018 at 23:59 Eastern Time USA (11:59pm). All necessary documents are available in the instructions on the IEEE 802.11 web site at http://www.ieee802.org/11/LetterBallots/CC29bb/CC29_instructions.html .

Please focus your comments on technical aspects of the document.

Important:
o    This is a 16-day comment collection period.
o    Anyone who has access to the document may provide comments.
o    You need to vote in order to provide comments, but what you vote does not matter (i.e., has no effect).
o    If you are an 802.11 voter, this comments collection will have no effect on your 802.11 membership, regardless of whether you respond or not.
o    You must follow these instructions to provide comments. Do not send an email to provide comments.
o    Providing comments by any method other than the web-based process described here will result in your comments being discarded.
