[STDS-802-11] Liaison document posted from 3GPP RAN re: proposed joint Coexistence Workshop

recently received liaison from 3GPP RAN re: the 802.11 proposed 6GHz Coexistence Workshop.

Notably:
"It is proposed to hold the workshop on Friday June 7th, 2019, the day after the 3GPP RAN #84. The 3GPP RAN #84 meeting is to be held in the United States, though the city is not yet determined.

It is expected that the meeting place and time would be confirmed after discussion between the respective leaderships. "

I will initiate discussion with 3GPP RAN leadership re: time/place.
