As discussed on the call this morning,  I will ask attendees to extended the duration of the 2018-10-12 call to 3 hours (an additional hour) to provide additional time for comment resolution.

The teleconference originally scheduled for 2018-10-19 is cancelled; I am announcing, with the required 10 day notice, a teleconference on Monday 2018-10-15 at 10am Eastern for 3 hours
for the purpose of continued comment resolution.

Fridays September 28, October 5, 12, 19, and Nov 2, 2018 at 10am Eastern for 2 hours.

The proposed agenda for each call is below. I have made an initial assignment of CIDs to telecons. This will be adjusted as needed, but provides a default order.
