Below are updated LB242 results (pass), approval rate is 97.74%.

Corrections are made, notably to remove invalid Disapprove voters (no comments submitted), and
to include votes for voters who submitted invalid abstain votes in LB242, but had submitted
valid votes in a previous ballot in the series. In that case, the prior valid vote stands.
