hello all,

we were able to get through the draft reply comments in the Ad Hoc wednesday, along with the 2 newer sections at the end, Technology Choice and Support of DoT comments. i just uploaded a r02, that is the marked up version that is a little rough. i will have a clean version before the meeting today.

with this we have had a request come in to consider replacing the paragraph in section one (DSRC is not outdated) with different text with some details including things about the phy and mac, etc. it is a longer and with only ½ hr or so to review and approve final reply comments for the EC i will attach here.

it is still actively going through edits from the authors though i attached the current version here so if folks have a chance to review before the 3-et/noon-pt .18 meeting we can get some input on this proposed text hopefully early enough so it can be reviewed ahead of the meeting.
