I've uploaded revision 4 of 20/0371 at:

This revision incorporates the feedback received from the April 22nd TGmd CRC call.  Since there is a significant change to the CMMG Capabilities Info field format (Figure 9-754 of IEEE P802.11md Draft 3.0), please review and comment if there is any specific concern for example, on any existing implementation capability.

The TGmd may vote on this revised resolution in the May 15th CRC call.
