[STDS-802-11] TGbd TC on Jul 24th and Motion plan for TC on Aug 4

Hello, all,

TGbd's next teleconference is on Jul 24th, from 10:00am to 11:59am, ET.

A tentative TC agenda is as below and the submission list is empty. As usual, if you have any presentation for discussion, please upload your presentation to mentor server and send me an email 24 hours before the teleconference. If no submission is announced, the TC will be cancelled and the group will be informed.

Motion plan: as approved by 802.11 WG chair, one motion is planned for TC on Aug 4th. The motion content is as below:

Move to include the following text to section 3 of the 11bd SFD:

“PPDUs with midambles shall be randomized in order to suppress discrete spectrum components. The midambles symbols shall be multiplied by pseudo-random values plus/minus one. The data symbols immediately following any given midamble shall be multiplied by the same pseudo-random value as said midamble. In the case of MIMO PPDUs, the same pseudo-random values shall be applied to both symbols of the midamble. The pseudo-random values are defined in (17-25) of IEEE 802.11-2016”
