[STDS-802-11] TGbc Telco Sep 22 cancelled & request for Cls. 6 submissions

Dear all:
I would like to chancel today’s TGbc telco.
Carol will work on getting D0.2 out and Carol and I will meet today to also work out some
questions regarding the handling of the database.
We are in the need for contributions to fill Clause 6 of the draft. Such text
can be discussed while Carol prepares D0.2.
The following is a suggestion and request to consider submissions for
Clause 6 text. Morioka-san was kind enough to suggest an initial
assignment based on the key authors of text already approved for
other clauses of the draft:
6.3.bc1 eBCS Info procedure -> Hitoshi
6.3.bc2 eBCS UL procedure -> Abi
6.3.bc3 eBCS Request/Response procedure -> Xiaofei
6.3.bc4. eBCS Termination Notice procedure -> Xiaofei
Hitoshi has uploaded a proposed text for eBCS Info in clause 6.
