[STDS-802-11] Thailand allows 5925 MHz to 6425 MHz for RLAN use

Dear 802.18 members,
cc 802.11, 802.15, 802.19 members,

On 28 April 2023, Thailand NBTC published its decision to allow 5925 MHz to 6425 MHz for RLAN use.   

In summary,
a)  for indoor environment:  the maximum EIRP is 250 mW and the power spectral density is 12.5 mW/MHz
b)  for outdoor environment:  the maximum EIRP is 25 mW and the power spectral density is 1.25 mW/MHz
c)  technical characteristics of both the transmitter and the receiver shall comply with FCC Part 15.407
