The adopted version of the US FCC's 6 GHz Second Report and Order, Second Further Notice of Proposed Rulemaking, and Memorandum Opinion and Order on Remand is released on November 1, 2023, and is available at:

The comment date is 30 days after Federal Register publication, and the reply comment date is 60 days after Federal Register publication.  As of now, it is yet to be posted on the Federal Register (https://www.federalregister.gov/) but I do encourage any interested individuals to start preparing any draft submission for IEEE 802.18 to consider as soon as possible.
